Decription:  

• The project comprises different modules, including Enquiry, Quotation, and Sales Order.
• The portal is designed for various designated users responsible for managing their respective dashboards.
• Users, such as customers, have individual dashboards allowing them to submit enquiries to the CBS organization.
• The organization generates quotations based on customer enquiries.
• Customers review quotations to ensure alignment with their budget; if satisfied, the quotation is converted into a Sales Order.
• New Sales Orders (SO) undergo a workflow involving editing, reviewing, and authorization before finalization.
• Once finalized, SOs are forwarded to the procurement team for further processing.
• The Procurement team utilizes the system to issue Purchase Orders (PO) corresponding to each SO.
• The finalized Sales Orders and Purchase Orders are auto-inserted into Navision through API integration facilitated by the portal.

• The project aims to sell courses across various categories such as business, cooking, sports, etc.
• Interested users need to register on the portal to access and enroll in the available courses.
• Users can choose a specific course, initiating a dialog box that enables communication with the course owner.
• Once the details are finalized between the user and the owner, the owner adds the course to the user's account.
• Users can access their enrolled courses through the "MY PRODUCT" page.
• The portal offers additional features including product wishlist, a live chat system, public reviews, comments, and more for an enhanced user experience.

• Software includes distinct panels for data entry, heads of departments (HOD), CEO, Trustees, accounting, and administration.
