Project Description: Omega application was developed on 2008 using the Pega’s legacy version 5.4v[MN-Omega] and that application connected to all the downstream system to send the data. later then organization chosen to develop the same with advance features in Pega higher version[8.8v which calling as MN-Xpress] rather upgrading the 5.4v, While the application development in progress and system should pass the data downstream system, So worked on the integration to adapt the data in MN-Omega application and create a work object, so that downstream system can receive the data, then later analysis the complex reinsurance functionality and help team develop the same in higher version and analysis the downstream service and help team to directly connect those system from MN-Xpress and till the complete decommission of MN-Omega.

• Worked on the Connect-SOAP to adapt the data and create a work object
• Worked on downstream system service analysis
• Worked on complex functionality analysis like Reinsurance in 5.4v to get detail and help team to develop the same in higher version 8.8v
• Worked on decommissioning to sunset the MN-Omega
• Worked on defect fixing and support QA/UAT.

Project Description: C360 Application build on top of Pega Customer Service FW and Sales Automation FW, usied Pega provided Pega Customer Service FW OOTB futures and customized those and provided seamless customer service Application for Agents to search customers and their all-insurance related details, We are also provided option for them to create different Leads and all the customers related information’s were retrieved from MDM system which is like a repository, also PAS has been used to retrieve policy related information.

• Playing as an Offshore Developer for this project
• Prepared the User Interfaces (section, harness, and flow action), portal representation
• Involved in creating activities, Flow
• Testing and debugging using tracer, Clipboard
• Involved in Guardrail compliance check and improve the compliance score
• Resolving issues/defects raised by the testing team/UAT team

Project Description: The government of Saudi Arabia is keen to mitigate any obstacles encountered by the judicial system in Saudi Arabia to be able to support new to-be ICMS initiative, MOJ has decided to initiate another stream of work to support any services to be consumed centrally (Shared Services), the services such as Translator Requests, Judicial Inquiry Service (JIS) etc. JIS is the inquiry process, in that user could register the complaint against the Case/Judge/Court, if the user not satisfied with outcome of the decision. It is having the multiple steps to progress the complaint from the registering to Resolving the complaint.

• Implemented the centralized utility to send the Email/SMS/push notifications

Project Description: Internal Audit is intended to deal with the Auditing for the respective departments in SEDA,earlier auditing was used to be a long process involving much paperwork, now by using this we can modify into task which can be performed in a moment, Audit process begin with creating a plan for audit for concern department and then for preparing the reports based on comments of audit and as well we implemented the follow-ups if anything regarding audit needs to be follow-up with the department. approvals can be customized as per the requirement. Generating the audit planning activity and testing activity uses a dynamic approach and its flexibility is the added advantage.

Approvals can be customized as per the requirement,earlier onboarding was used to be a long process involving much paperwork, now by using this we can modify into task which can be performed in a moment, leave approvals uses a dynamic approach and its flexibility is the added advantage
