• Spearheaded the design, structural works, equipment installation, and commissioning of the EAST QUAY 8 berth Project (1000 TPH conveyor system) for VSPL. This included a stream of five conveyors with three transfer points, augmenting the existing 1,600 TPH BMHS Coal Handling Plant (2016-2019).
• Managed the electrification project for the EAST QUAY 9 berth at Vizag Seaport Pvt. Ltd., overseeing HT cable laying and installation of power JBs and panels for LHM 550 Mobile Harbour Crane works.
• Proficient in the operation and maintenance of diverse bulk material handling systems, including Stacker/Reclaimers, Wagon Loaders, Mobile Hoppers, and extensive Conveyor Systems.
• Developed and monitored maintenance schedules, ensuring timely execution and progress tracking.
• Conducted daily inspections of all equipment, providing comprehensive work status reports to management.
• Planned and executed critical preventive maintenance shutdowns for major equipment, including gearboxes, conveyor belts, gear couplings, fluid couplings, bearings, and structural repairs. To proactively avoid major breakdowns.
• Conducted root cause analysis for equipment failures during routine operations to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.

• Monitored vessel unloading and rake loading operations meticulously to ensure seamless workflow and prevent any delays.
