Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for the issues related to IDOC, master data, purchase requisition purchase order, pricing procedure/condition types, account determination, and analysis of inbound process and outbound process.

• Responsible to find out the root cause analysis and documentation of tickets related to SAP MM functional areas,

• Responsible for analyzing and evaluating tickets (L2 and L3) and supporting resolution in configuration, testing, and documentation.

• Meet with the Business users to gather business requirements for additional system design/enhancements and preparation of business requirement analysis/user requirement specifications.

• Participated in meetings for process improvement discussions with the manufacturing, engineering, and quality business partners.

• Raised change requests and provided functional specifications for the same and prepared test data to change done.

• Participated in functional unit testing, integration testing and prepared the test cases as well as executing units test, integration, and end to end tests with system owners for all assigned work.

Project-2; Rollout Implementation and support.

Platform and Module; SAP ECC 6.0, Material Management Module.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to carry out the rollout of 15 plants for 4 countries.

• Worked on configuration and assignment of new plants and storage location

• Responsible to carry out the GAP analysis, to perform the required configurations and to maintain the table entry for new plant created as per the source plant.

• Mapping the business process into SAP.

• Configured Inventory management and assign the number ranges for all inventory document.

• Configured new Material Types, Account Groups and assign the number and number range.

• Coordinated the integration efforts of MM with FI, SD, based on functional requirements in automatic account assignment and stock transfer process.

• Prepared functional specification for ABAP objects and assisted technical consultants in creating reports according to client’s requirement.

• Assistance and developing user training manuals, planned the training sessions, and provided user training for the end users.

• Training and documentation of all relevant UAT processes, Integration testing, arranging test scripts and coordinating the test results and activities across other modules, handling trouble shooting.

• Planning, Guiding and co-ordination with team members and employees for Cut-over activities.

• Created LSMW objects & uploaded various master data using LSMW
