- Maintenance of master tracker for UAE resources.
- Responsible to maintain a strong client relationship for a consistent and smooth process flow.
- Responsible to create new report templates for financial year budgeting and to analyze the budgeted verses actuals comparison.
- Responsible to analyze the profitability at project level and account level on a monthly basis.
- Responsible to ensure the cluster level profitability matching with organization level finance calculation.
- Quarterly revenue projections have been updated with recent active and expected active projects.
- Effective resource monitoring, tracking and utilization across projects.

- Submitting Invoices for all the efforts delivered to customer on timely manner.
