Subcontractor Management:

• Select, onboard, and manage subcontractors, ensuring they align with project goals and meet quality standards.
• Foster strong relationships with subcontractors to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.

Risk Management:

• Anticipate and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges promptly to prevent delays or issues.
• Implement strategies to ensure project milestones are met within set timelines.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and contractual agreements.
• Generate regular progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

Post-Installation Support:

Office Activities:

• Review existing drawings.
• Technical specification review and resolution
• Material selection as per specs
• Method selection
• Prepare quotations utilizing supplier information, cost standards, and technical information
• Coordinate collection and dissemination of technical information
  Tracing project status
• Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve "on-time" result, including follow-up with subcontractors
• Monitoring ordering/procurement of equipment and materials within budget prices as per procurement schedule

Design and Drafting Activities:

• Design of smoke extract system
• Preparation of AC, Ventilation duct layouts
• HVAC drawings as per regulations for related authority approvals
