Roles and Responsibilities:

• Designing and executing online campaigns of respective category to improve sales and better & ease viewing experience to the customer on both Mobile & Desktop.
• Handling new brand & product advertisement launches and events.
  Merchandized multiple category pages like OHL(Other Hardlines) which includes Home, Kitchen, Small & Large Appliances, Automotive, etc.
• Updated pricing and signage to complete product displays and educate customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA): Investigate and troubleshooting seller’s query with regards to their inventory in Amazon’s warehouse. Assisting in getting their FBA account launch. Raising reimbursement for seller’s inventory query for lost, damage etc.
• SPEC/FUII: ASIN troubleshooting, getting it active depending on the query. Assisting and troubleshooting seller’s new and bulk listings on Amazon.in. Providing approval of GTIN exemption for the products which does not have UPC/EAN number.
• Incorrect Information on Detail page (IIDP): Assisting and guiding the seller's on updating the right product Title, Bullet Points, Description and other attributes which meets the Amazon guidelines.
• Merchant Problem : Adding a product on Amazon, troubleshoot query on seller fulfilled orders. Seller Payment query and disbursement cycle. And helping the seller's with their listing and sales reports to manage and improve their sales at Amazon.
• The pilot associate to assist the seller's on Amazon with regional language support.
• Promoted as 'Mentor' for training the newly joined associates on process, tools, etc and handled up to 6 batches in which the 1st training batch achieved and set the benchmark of highest number of 'Positive Responses(Yes)' in a week.
• Handled day-to-day running of team with more than 20 candidates, ensuring high level of productivity and progression.
