- Generating media ID's from on air system
- Managing with ingest team for smooth flow of work such as providing them media ID's to record all the content that is telecasted on network, titling the tape, rendering transmission ready content
- Ensuring the contents are recorded and archived accurately
- Generating media IDs once deal is created in the on-air system
- Updating SOM & EOM in the air system
- Trouble shooting problem of the on-air system
- Creating media ID grid and updating the programing team for upcoming events on network and resolving queries of producers
- Checking cue sheet entries (all languages) are done within two hours from its availability
- Ensuring the media ID versions are picked 4 days in advance.
- Creating media ID versions 7 days prior and monitoring all language versions. If it is not available, building it; if it is not chosen, notifying the scheduling staff four days prior
- Gathering in and out information about live feeds (fully produced feed or multi language feed) and take action from recording perspective, audio configuration
- Reviewing the broadcast plan and comparing it with the recorded feed content
- Updating and maintaining HF report, resubmission report and replacement report
