  • Coordinate the scheduling of technicians for final measurements following deal closure.
  • Follow up with the Factory team to ensure prompt acknowledgment of Purchase Orders (POs) and timely entry into the production schedule to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with the Factory team to ensure Quality Checks (QC) are completed before product dispatch.
  • Verify that the Channel Partner team receives the correct consignment details and successfully takes delivery of the material.
  • Schedule technicians for the final installation process once the material has been received.
  • Post-Installation and Service
  • Collect customer feedback after the installation of our screens is complete.
  • Handle all customer service calls, providing solutions and timely fixes for any reported issues.
