Production support for Oracle FLEXCUBE and OBPM across versions (12 and 14.3)

Involve in evolution projects revolving around Core Banking including implementations of new versions/Patchsets

Parameterize and configuration of bank products as per Bank's needs in Flexcube across different modules including OB Payments module

Work in proximity with core banking analysis group to study the existing core banking system in place and finding the gaps between the existing products and the recent version of Flexcube and make recommendations, change request, etc.

Articulate problem and identify quick and effective solution among all parties including vendors.

Work closely with the system, network, and Database administrator to perform software installations during version upgrade

Attend and lead status meetings with various stake holders/vendors/Cleints

Stand by Support (24/7) as pre-defined schedule for EOD and Production incidents.

Change request Management - Scheduling to Deploy Fix's/Patches into production as per defined process

Handling complete Test Cycle management right from development until Go-live

Managing Test environments (DEV,SIT,UAT and Staging) effectively

Requirements Gathering/collection from various Business operations teams and delivering required functionality in Flexcube

Co-ordinating with multiple stakeholders/vendors to achieve proposed functionality within set timeline

Production support activities along with Change request Management

Supporting Busniess operations teams as and when required to enable new functions and products under flexcube and other partner systems's

GAP Analysis and providing functional support/work around solutions for SEV 1 Issues

Handling complete Test cycle management right from Development until Go-live

Drafting FSD's for required CR's and co-ordinating with vendors

Supporting BAU as and when required

Global Implementation project of FCUBS,OBPM,OBLM,OBVAM for Wells Fargo International Business

Part of IUT Team for Global Branch Foundation Project

Identifying required parameters in FC,FP,OBLM to meet business requirements

Proficient Knowledge in Payments and SWIFT Standards

Complete knowledge on cross border payments and cancellations and respective MT messeges

Proficient hands-on experience in processing payments from different channels used by Wells Fargo (Loan IQ, GPO Core, Global wires, ITFT, Wallstreet suite)

Assessing the risks/challenges within our team and reporting to Team Leads accordingly

Tracking parameterization template changes, access control templates for Flexcube, OBPM, OBLM applications

Tracking issues and defects until closure through HP ALM, JIRA

Testing of additional SR's/CR's and GAP's for each release

Test scenario's creation, upload and execution in ALM (Manual and Automation)

Preparing presentation slides for PWT session for various modules in Flexcube

GAP Analysis in order to identify possible mismatches between customer needs and system potential

Providing work-around/solutions to the items identified as GAP for different modules

Performing POC's to make sure that the Bank's requirement is achieved through the solution provided

Parameterization and configuration of different modules in Flexcube

Writing, reviewing and execution of Test case scenarios based on requirement from Business

Tracking issues found during testing and logging into appropriate tool

Escalate sensitive and Environment related Issues in MOS and follow-up with oracle for Fix
