Joined in Eligibility Verification and AR process as a Process associate from, Moved to Pre Authorization process in the month of November2015 as a Senior process Associate.
Promoted as Team Coach in Pre-Authorization process.
Details of work experience, Verify coverage on all Primary and Secondary Payers.
Contact patient for additional information if required.
Provide the client with the results which include patient eligibility and benefits information such as member ID, group ID, coverage end and start dates, co-pay information and much more Pre-Authorization.
Initiating authorization requests by functioning with Insurance carriers with TAT on Appointment basis, with basic Radiology billing Knowledge.
Notifying the clients for any additional info required regarding patient demo and additional Clinical info required based on receipt of information that client need to be aware of.
Accurately documenting case status and clinical information, verbalizing the issues and Actions by updating in the database and reporting to the next level if necessary.
Responding to the inquiries sent by the client in timely manner.
Confirming the approved authorization by verifying the websites of respective carriers.
