• Maintaining document repository of all contractual documents in SharePoint.
• Consolidating details from all delivery teams to publish monthly scorecard.
• Working on weekly, monthly and adhoc reports.
• Working with CFT to extract the update on Projects.
• Correcting timesheet discrepancies on monthly basis.
• Tracking monthly forecasted vs actuals cost variance
• Tracking Work Breakdown Structure - WBS and their utilization.
• Maintaining project data in SharePoint.
• Working on remittances & making sure that vendor payment has been done within agreed time.
• Invoicing and Receivables (DSO)
• Offshore resource management, Supporting onboarding & offboarding.
• Supporting the definition of project Business Cases (scope, goals, deliverables, costs, timescales, plans, dependencies, resource requirements and milestones).
• Coordinating with the internal teams correcting timesheet discrepancies on monthly basis.
• Ensuring pre-scope project plan is communicated to all project stakeholders together with their individual responsibilities.
