- Manage and Secure overall procurement status from initiation of prototype parts requisition to delivery of externally bought material needed on a prototype vehicle, engine, and test for project according to the time plan.
- Responsible to track material status reports for proto truck builds/ rigs & highlight risks to project team
- Inform and discuss deviations in delivery dates in material meetings and part securement and procurement.
- Monitor delivery precision for certain built and establish action plans with respective suppliers in cooperation with delivery controllers and project buyers if needed.

- Track, review parts not sourced with purchasing for truck builds and make decisions on alternative procurement as prototypes.
- Support project team in resolution of part shortages/broken/missing for prototype builds
- Support internal logistics of parts from warehouse to pilot build locations.

- Interact with EMEA/US/APAC suppliers to get production time plan for non PPAP parts assembled on heavy duty truck segment for electric and autonomous trucks that undergo verification and validation based on FVV and homologation requirement
- Secure non PPAP parts from suppliers on time delivery without any deviation from truck builds
- Support changes on BOM by coordinating with PBPL and purchase support for requisition and order placement
- Secure mitigation plans from project/engineering/purchasing if there are delays and check for alternate solution to avoid truck build stop
