Role: B2B Travel Solutions Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cost-effective travel solutions to B2B customers with swift delivery services.
• Offer competitive pricing and deals aligned with client policies.
• Ensure customer requirements are met accurately within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Provide personalized support and seamless journey experiences.
• Act as consultants, guiding customers on travel solutions and technical aspects related to the portal.
• Manage all types of queries promptly, adhering to given guidelines.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and transaction reporting within the specified timeframe.
• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures in all tasks.
• Operate multiple Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and NDC Portal and internal tools for ticketing and invoicing efficiently.
• Maintain high accuracy in email communication and overall work quality.
• Ensure systematic and professional work practices.
• Maintain adherence to Average Handling Time (AHA) for calls and emails, following standard SLA.

Rehlat, Which means ' Travel in Arabic' , is an Online Travel agency catering to the middle East. Rehlat is one of the fastest growing travel Companies in the middle East. Currently operational in Kuwiat, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Have an experience of 4 years in international/ Domestic air ticketing and has good knowledge about GDS ( Galileo,Sabre)

• Responsible for issuing Tickets, Refund, Re-issue, EMD, Revalidation.
• Well verse with the fare rules, airline commission.
• Handle helpdesk- assist passenger / B2B Agents with seat confirmation, booking upgrade.
• Very good technical skills and ability to assist the customer regarding all type of queries.
• Ability to handle high volume of customer interaction while delivering exceptional service.
• Follow up reservations, bookings with B2B clients and other different vendors.
• Handling GDS applications (Sabre & Galileo) for resolution and day to day client service related queries and escalations for my team of associates.

Have an experience of 4 + years in international/ Domestic air ticketing and has good knowledge about GDS ( Galileo,Sabre, Amadeus).

• Handling and International flights for travelers.
