● Performing stop pay and re-issues based on request

● Maintaining escalation tracker

● Preparing Deposit forfeiture for stale check processing

● Preparing Audit sample support

● Working on RMD.

· Updating the Knowledge depository/SOP concerning the process updates from time to time.
