  • We had a successful launch of “Nikoo Homes” Residential Project at Bhartiya City
  • Overall, we have sold about 8 million sft so far worth 4000 Cr
  • Sold out the Phase I residential project of 3.2 million sft, worth 1600Cr, in less than 18 months
  • Post that Phase II of Nikoo Residential Project, which is 2.8 mn sft worth 1800Cr completely sold, Phase IV which 1 mn sft worth approx
  • 700 Cr & the same is sold out in less than a year
  • Also sold “Leela Residences” high end luxury private residences units ranging between 2Cr – 10 Cr which are branded Residence managed & operated by Leela Hotels
  • The concept of the integrated city has sold the “Nikoo Homes” well
  • Overall “Bhartiya City” has been a Success Story & I am proud to be a part of it since the inception!! Marketing, Pre-Sales & Sales:
