- Post that Phase II of Nikoo Residential Project, which is 2.8 mn sft worth 1800Cr completely sold, Phase IV which 1 mn sft worth approx
- 700 Cr & the same is sold out in less than a year
- Also sold “Leela Residences” high end luxury private residences units ranging between 2Cr – 10 Cr which are branded Residence managed & operated by Leela Hotels
- The concept of the integrated city has sold the “Nikoo Homes” well

- Started Phase I “Nikoo Homes” handover of flats to the customers which is due delivery at present
- Ensure Snagging each individual flats & ensuring the de-snagging by the technical team prior to handover to achieve zero errors
- Ensure organizing the Legal Registration of the flat to transfer the ownership rights to the customers
