• In 2018 post completion of assignment was promoted to Senior Analyst. Internally was progressed to a reviewer and was directly reviewing tax returns for onshore team members before sign offs.
• Core responsibilities are review of tax returns, client coordination, managing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly planning of client deliverables. Hosting regular calls with client to understand client requirements, Managing a team, providing them trainings, managing individual performances.
• Post completion of FDW - "Facilitators Development Workshop", started with providing yearly enhancement and refresher trainings to entire compliance and was authorized to perform trainings for new hires and knowledge enhancement sessions.
• After completing 5+ years in German tax compliance, Internally migrated to Global compensation and Assignment services to become a part of Mobility practices for end to end service delivery. Started to manage multiple clients mobility. Trained on Compensation and Assignment services, to prepare cost projections, balance sheets, internal and external vendor coordination, managing daily client deliverables and coordination with onshore team.
• Role as a Counselor: At EY individual yearly round table performance discussions, employee personal and professional enhancements are handled by a counsellor. I have been an active counsellor for 3 years till date.
• Was part of UAT testing for in house application development.
• In order to pursue a career as a Scrum master completed the following certifications - SFC certified, PSM certified, Google certified for Agile Project Management etc.,

• Became and engagement responsible/coordinator for two of top five clients at EY and continued to manage it for the next 3 years in collaboration with on shore team.
• Liaised with clients to ensure their requirements were met throughout the event planning process.
• Created detailed agendas and timelines to keep events on track.
• Managed a team of 7 members and demonstrated leadership by making improvements to work processes and helping to train others.
