  • Works with stakeholders to close and/or disposition issues documented via manufacturing NC, field NC & SPS.
  • Manage Non-Standard Requests (NSR) & changes to BOM using the change management process (Engineering Change Order, Engineering Specification Waiver) & Handling Supplier issues through SPS.
  • Documents product-related issues/enhancement opportunities and performs Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA).
  • Leads disposition and resolution of issues requiring Long Term Corrective Action (LTCA) for projects.
  • Significant Cycle Time reduction by optimizing Make/Buy items.
  • Drives value addition in Design Standards based on learnings from NC/DMR, ECR/ECN, SPS and ESW.
  • Expertise in - Master Layout (MLO), Supplier Problem Sheet (SPS), Engineering Specification Waiver (ESW), Non-Standard Request (NSR), SMBOM Creation, Operation Method Sheet.
  • Participates in preparation of concept and feasibility studies.

  • OLED Products – MWP, Grapes, Metal Extension, Banana, Papaya (OLED Evaporation display tools).
  • Drive from Design Phase until Managed builds multiple times at Applied material Korea Mfg Site.
  • Gershwin: 3 twin Chamber system (Annealing) Producer Tool. Participated from early HVM Builds and Drive all IOMS creation, BOM Issues & participated in HVM Build at Applied Singapore Mfg & supported Mega module build at Contract Manufacturer at Shanghai China.
  • Ravel - 3 twin Chamber system (Annealing with toxic gases & RF generator) Producer Tool.
  • RTP Vulcan & Vantage: Rapid Thermal Process Vulcan for Silicon Semiconductor Group.

  • Developed 3D Forging models, Stage models, clipping model & Forging Die sets with associative drafting files for Trent XWB projects consists of 18 each forging, Stage clipping drawings for Both Rotor & stator (Aerofoil blades), The challenging task in this project was to decide the Blades parting line considering excess material wastage during forging.
  • Projects Handled in GE:

  • CVRD-Vale Carajas Radiator Cab project:Developed Concept for the Radiator cab (area which houses radiator, which holds equipment’s like Blower, Compressor and Oil filter) for the Brazil customer.
  • This project is part of New Product Introduction (NPI) program in this project I have developed Concept model for the locomotive Radiator cab and generated 3D parametric models for the complete assembly.
  • Freightliner Engine Cab project:Delivered weldment arrangement along with part drawings as per schedule and with quality where both were critical, and this project was one of the most volatile one as customer kept on changing his requirements as the project was in its final stage.
  • Part integration and Productivity projects:Integrated parts and proposed productivity ideas for manufacturing line by ideas like slot and tab to avoid duct parts location and assembly complexity.
  • Introduction of this idea for duct parts reduced rework at shop floor.
