Project Scope: 22.76 km total length, including 9.76 km main bridge—India’s longest river bridge.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements

• Led segment erection operations, including segment shifting, launching via Derrick crane, dry

match, epoxy application, stitch concrete, PT bar stressing, segment stressing, and grouting,

ensuring structural precision and project milestones.

• Managed Derrick crane operations for safe and efficient launching, dismantling, and installation,

contributing to smooth and timely segment deployment for the main bridge.

• Directed structural works for lower pylons, pier table, and upper pylons: responsible for rebar and

shuttering, saddle/bracket installation, in-depth inspections with PMAE, and arrangement for

high-quality casting and finishing.

• Collaborated cross-functionally with project management and inspection teams, ensuring all

works were executed according to technical specifications, EHS standards, and client guidelines.

• The Project is 28 km long, Eight lane expressway, 20 box culvert , 5 minor bridges, 13 vop, 2 pup, 3 yup, 9 utility duct & 4.63 km via duct bridges (all are PSC I-girders) with open foundation, tunnel 1.337 km long.
• Project :- Construction of Access Controlled Nagpur-Mumbai Super Communication Expressway (Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg) in the State of Maharashtra on EPC Mode for Package-15, from Km. 636.479 to Km. 664.479 (From Village Vashala Bk. To Village Birwadi in District Thane)

• Responsibility :- In this project I am dealing the Major Bridge & Erection work.
• Maintaining quality performance and safety to avoid accident.
• Communicating both the workers and superiors about work schedule and progress.
• Updating documentation and report writing.
• Preparation of weeky, monthly site activity reports.
• Preparation of payment certificates and billing for sub-contractors and finalizing sub-contractor’s claims.

• The Project is 21.5 km length. (Including 13.9 km road and 7.6 km Ganga main bridge). The width of segments 21 mtr (2431 segments) that includes 1.75 mtr of pedestrian way on both side, Deck is 7.5
• 3.05 mtr and Max segment weight is 120 Ton. The Bridge comprises 143 spans of 50.00 mtr length c/c of piers. Total pier & pier cap 163 & 730 nos of piles.
• Project :- Construction of Ganga Path From Digha to Didarganj (21.5 km) at Patna in the State of Bihar.

• Responsibility :- In this project I am working as a precast yard incharge and responsible for segment production & Erection work.
• In this project I am work 295 pile foundation Land & River.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, coordinate job site craft and labour personal, organize, schedule ,and review daily production, all crews interpret plans and specifications, ensure correct lines, grades, and quality of workmanship.
• Schedule material deliveries, change orders, request for information and subcontractor, communication, ensure all materials tests are properly conducted and results recorded.
• Maintain daily log of activity, conduct weekly progress meeting, ensure the work, complies with the contract documents
• Convey quality requirements to supervisory and other personnel performing the work, manage on site environmental protection programmer.

• The Project consist of 2x500MW Power Plant including outside township, 400 kv, 220kv switch yard and Ash handling part. Monitoring G+4 storied staff building- 03 nos, Inside Main plant Boiler foundation, TG foundation, Mill & Bunker foundation, TG Deck, Power house all floor slab, Floor finishing (Irronite flooring, Vitrified flooring, Ceramic flooring, Carborandom flooring, Granite flooring, Marble flooring, Acid proof tiles flooring etc.), Wall Finishing (Emulsion Paint, Oil Resistance paint, Acid Resistance Paint, Wall Ceramic tiles for toilet area etc.), Aluminum Door & Window with Glass, fire rated steel door with panic bar, ACP Cladding fixing, all toilet fittings, Internal Road, Box Culvert, Pipe Culvert, Concrete Road etc.
• Project :- Construction of (2 X 500) MW DVC Thermal Power Project at Koderma in Jharkhand.

• Responsibility :- Supervise construction of each facility & maintain administration of site & records.
• Monitoring actual progress against approved construction program.
• Timely Indenting of Construction Materials to Store Department.
• Recording Measurements for the executed works and getting it approved with the Client.
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules.
• Mobilize & manage required workforce
• Ensure zero Lost Time Injuries
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Preparation of Sub-Contractors, PRW Bills & Labour bill.
• Preparation of Client Billing and Certification by Client.
• Working out Rates for Sub-Contractors as and when required.
• Attending Site Review Meetings with the Client as well as Management.
