Spica Metfab Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a sheet metal fabrication company, sought consultation services for process improvement. I got engaged in collaboration to implement various lean tools, including 3Ms (Muda, Mura, Muri), Kanban, and Kaizen, with the goal of minimizing waste in their production process. These methodologies and techniques were introduced to enhance efficiency, reduce unnecessary activities, optimize resource utilization, and improve overall productivity within the organization's sheet metal fabrication operations.

Vircaps Sealingtech, a sheet metal fabrication company, sought consultation services to improve their production process. During the collaboration, the implementation of the TIMWOOD tool was introduced to address waste avoidance. As a result, Vircaps Sealingtech successfully integrated the TIMWOOD tool into their production process, enabling them to identify and eliminate various forms of waste. This implementation aimed to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and optimize resource utilization, ultimately leading to improved productivity and cost-effectiveness within the company's sheet metal fabrication operations

Engaged in a consulting role for Madras Mindworks, I functioned as a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance and coaching to the Executive Management team. Specifically, my focus was on the intricacies of the real game aspects involved in creating a Virtual Reality Cricket Game. I provided expertise and insights regarding Critical to Customer (CTC) and Critical to Quality (CTQ) elements, emphasizing the importance of incorporating these factors to ensure a realistic and immersive virtual cricket experience for users.
