• Overall credit approvals as per company’s credit policy.
• Accounts receivable accounts are managed and collections are being done on time.
• Bank’s loan was settled on time and no penal interest is debited so far.
• Increase of YoY profit is assured. Management is very satisfied about company’s performance in competitive business.
• All accounting entries supervision is done. GL posting is checked every day. Day to day activates as per work description is completed. Bank reconciliation, receipts / payments records are verified
• Trial balance checking with GL posting is being done on monthly basis.
• Orders book are maintained properly and timely dispatch is assured.
• Client satisfaction is taken care in view of quality and delivery as per the schedule.
• Overall personnel management was done. Teaching them professionalism /disciplinary activities in their allocated job.
• Government regulations compliance, Audit regulation compliance is being done.

Responsibilities & Duties Handled :

• Analyzing financial statements, performance, and trend analysis for assessing the creditworthiness of the company to approve loans as per the company’s credit policy.
• Was conversant with the Bank's Credit Policy and the guidelines issued from time to time, also ensured compliance of the credit is in line with the various regulatory guidelines, and legal framework
• Managed the Debt collector team and follow-up them to collect the overdue installments, overdue charges with permitted rebate.
• Provided training to employees to improve their skill to complete their desk work with TAT.
• Maintained good relationship with the customers and Dealers to increase the business volume in retail segment of the branch.
• Supervision of Cash vouchers, Journal and Payment Vouchers entries on daily basis.
• Troubleshoot all the system related issues
• Authorization of all the voucher entries and all accounting transactions..
• Supervised to prepare Bank Reconciliation statement & MIS report every month
• Personnel Management of the whole branch.
• Preparing budget for the branch. P & L A/c, Final Accounts,

• Pre audit of all Receipt & Payment of cash as well as bank transactions.
• Responsible for financial statement and report preparation on a regular basis.
• Authorization of all journals, payment, cash and contra entry vouchers.
• Handling of Accounts payable, Accounts receivables.
• Supervision of Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement and Pay roll preparation.
• Submission of MIS report to Managing Director on monthly basis.
• Sales tax & Income tax related support to auditors.
• Manage the main cash and deposit the same at bank.
• Ensured all functions and programs under me in-charge and performed within established budgetary parameters, include performing cost control activities, monitoring revenues and expenditures.
