  • Order Processing:
  • Ensure all the orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner and according to the client’s specific requirements
  • End-to-end order process from order receipt through delivery within agreed timeline
  • Ensure that all customers’ complaints / issues related to orders are responded timely and satisfactory
  • Report to management the status of orders and communicate the action plan to ensure orders are processed for assigned territory
  • Customer Service:
  • Fulfill the role as customer’s focal point of contact for orders, shipments, product delivery schedules and lead-time, stock availability, pricing and returns
  • Liaise with Supply Planning team on product availability and order fulfilment
  • Build strong customer relationship that can help uncover any concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Shipping:
  • Co-ordinate with Warehouse team for picking and packing and billing of stocks and inform of any special shipment requirements
  • Ensure timely shipments from the Warehouse track and updated the same to till delivery
  • MIS Reports:
  • Generate and distributes management reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ecommerce Backend Support:
  • Collect and coordinate for all information for product listing, sharing the duly filled templates with marketplaces like Flipkart, Myntra and Amazon, Catalogue listing and error troubleshooting
  • Generating weekly sales and inventory report and circulating to concerned departments.
