  • The purpose of this project is to validate the infotainment system. The validation involves identifying the test cases from the specifications provided, further developing test procedures, developing the necessary test cases, executing the test procedures, and preparing reports. This program will have three displays, including DID, CID and PID.
  • Tested for Cluster (DID): Alerts, Telltales, Menu Pages, Chimes, and Gauges like Speedometer, state of charge (SOC), and other features like Drive Time, Range and Gear Indicator.
  • Tested for infotainment (CID/PID): CarPlay, Android Auto, USB media, tuner (FM, AM), MyDrive, Bluetooth and validating other applications.

  • Wi-Fi Easy Mesh Testing: Easy Mesh Endurance. The objective here is to test the AP’s stability and performance with Easy Mesh configuration in Y-topology, star, and daisy chain setup with 4 APs and 28 clients.
  • Tool used: Multicast hammer, FTP, VLC Server, iperf, and IxChariot.
  • Tested 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz (all kinds of internet traffic and iPerf traffic also).
  • The Easy Mesh use case aims to test the AP's stability and performance with Easy Mesh configuration in star and daisy chain topologies, with 3 APs and 8 clients.
  • Tested in 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz (node onboarding, restart, channel change).
  • Zoom call test: The objective here is to test the roaming and steering between APs, which are configured through Easy Mesh.
  • Analysis of Association request in some of the commonly used clients in the Easy Mesh setup, for better understanding of device capabilities
  • Test 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 6GHz
