Role and Responsibility:

• Leading 26 members’ team in world link unit and working with various clients and RMT.
• Handling various audits and deliverables
• Arranging conference calls with clients: Daily/Weekly/Monthly calls to discuss the Key metrics, process improvements, quality initiatives, focus areas, etc
• Deliverable’s handling - Preparing / Reviewing Process manuals, capacity planning, Risk register & Citi due diligence

Managing TROPS & ACH process:

• FX settlement: Ensuring that all FX deals booked by FX desks are Confirmed, Settled & Reconciled
• Tertiary Payments: End-to-end management of Tertiary payment offering from Payment Validation, FX Confirmation, Payment Disbursement, Reconcilement & Investigations
• Monitoring both ACH & Mass pay payments flow (Payment modes in World Link)
• Processing Manual payments (MT103) & cover funding (MT202) as per client request
• Reconciling and resolving all the issues in ACH & Mass pay accounts
• Initiating refund to the clients for returned/rejected transactions in both the payment modes
• Have also been involved in various Citi application UAT for the Existing/New application. Testing is carried out to make sure system can handle required tasks in real time scenarios according to specifications without any defects

Nature of process:

• ACH (Automated clearing house) are responsible for forward flow file monitoring disbursed from WorldLink to various partners\ processing platforms, obtaining file acknowledgements, reconciling various ACH\GR & Mass pay accounts, investigating, and resolving any discrepancies.

Cross training:

• GMPS (Global Mass Payment Services) Ops team & TP Team (Transactional Processing Team)
• GMPS monitors the payments flowing through GPP & GPP SP (Project Phase) and ensure that the payments flow is as expected and resolving any discrepancies.
• TP are responsible for timely processing of intraday/daily statements for WorldLink Accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies
