· Responsible for training and development of all employees in the organization.

· Maintaining Statutory Records / Registers pertaining to various labour legislations.

· Handling HR & Safety Audits.

· Handling Factory Inspectorate, Labour Dept, Fire, Health, ESI, EPF, Pollution Control Board, Contract Labour statutory records and Local Bodies (i,e,. Panchayat, BDO, etc.,)

· Coordinating with accounts department, to perform due-diligence steps for all employee-related transactions, such as loans, leaves, medical claims, and income tax.

· IATF 16949:2016 audit document handling related to training & Development, employee motivation, R & R (Rewards & Recognition), Skill Enhancement.

· Canteen Management, Housekeeping & Security Administration

· Accommodation & Transport planning for corporate staff.

· Submitting the Suggestions received from Employees for monthly review to management.

· Responsible for all employees’ health and conformability.

· Responsible for taking proper disciplinary actions on timely by giving oral warnings, Warning letters, Charge Memo, conducting Domestic Enquiries as per company Standing Orders.
