· Monthly Contacting Manpower Service Provider (Manpower, HK, Security, Canteen, etc…)
· Statutory audit and prospering the audit report and submitting to the management.
· Maintaining employee attendance on daily basis- Time office.
· Responsible for Time office functions like (Attendance Register, Extra work report, Leave Report, Overtime, Attendance system, weekly off report, Absenteeism Report, Shift Timings, Late coming report).
· Attendance & Payroll Processing.
· Daily & Monthly MIS report preparation and presenting in MRM.
· Maintain employee documentation (Personnel files of all employees) and update the same as when required.
· CL Manpower Management Monthly Invoice Processing for as per government minimum wages.
· Processing of Final settlements, Bonus, Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits.
· Coordinating with accounts department, to perform due-diligence steps for all employee-related transactions, such as loans, leaves, medical claims, and income tax.
· IATF 16949:2016 audit document handling related to training & Development, employee motivation, R & R (Rewards & Recognition), Skill Enhancement.
· Canteen Management, Housekeeping & Security Administration
· Accommodation & Transport planning for corporate staff.
· Submitting the Suggestions received from Employees for monthly review to management.
· Responsible for all employees’ health and conformability.
· Responsible for taking proper disciplinary actions on timely by giving oral warnings, Warning letters, Charge Memo, conducting Domestic Enquiries as per company Standing Orders.
· Conducting Periodical Community Development Programs like Health program, Eye Camp, Sports and other Awareness program to the local area development.
