Project Title: MY VIDAL HEALTH MOBILE APP

• Converted the web application into the mobile application.
• Analyzed and did Gap Analysis between the web application and the proposed mobile application. Coordinated with internal team as well as checked with other products in the market and finalized with the requirement.
• Worked as a product owner and handled the entire team for mobile app development and launched the mobile app in JAVA for Android and IOS.
• Communicating with Fortune 500 MNC clients and SPOC for the requirements and gather the requirements, analyzed the requirements and then will prepare the BRD and will coordinate with team for the feasibility.
