· Actively involved in cold and hot commissioning of Sinter

Plant.

· Post commissioning, responsible for Safe, uninterrupted

trouble-free & smooth Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of

Sinter Plant.

· Carry out daily production planning for Sinter Plant

through discussion with Client (NMDC)

· Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions if

required.

· Liasioning with client, OEMs, Technology suppliers, AMC

contractors, Supply & apply contractors, O&M

contractors, package contractors & other stake holders.

• Rich experience working with Rod Mills (make-Mcnally Bharat, capacity-35 TPH, 4 Nos.), Hammer Crusher (make- Pennsylvania, capacity-150 TPH, 6 Nos.) Twin Boom Stacker(Make- L&T, Rated capacity-1500TPH) & Barrel Reclaimer (Make-Metso, Rated capacity-1500 TPH) and Stacker (Make- L&T, Capacity-1400 TPH) and Reclaimer (Make- L&T,Capacity-1200). Screen (Make-TRF, Capacity-150). Large volume of material handling including micro fines.
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining Quality standards.
• Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time dispatching to Sinter Plant.

Key Accomplishments:
• Constant highest production in Base Blending Plant at Tata steel BSL ltd. month on month basis.
• Highest pile making since commissioning was under my leadership at Base Blending Plant at Tata steel BSL Ltd.
• Best HSE award at Tata steel BSL Ltd. Twice in entire tenure.
• Awarded 6 letters of appreciations for highest production.

· Carry out daily production planning for coal washery

Plant through discussion with plant PPC and HOD as per

daily production requirements of user (CPP).

· Prepare and operationalize plans to maximize utilization

of washery waste generated inside the plant and

ensuring quality parameters & adhered to it.

· Delivered projects within time, cost, scope, quality,

resource, and risk constraints.

· Managing entire team including logistics with no major

issues in entire my tenure,

· Liaising with external stack holder.

· No major accident in my tenure.
