Handling Middle office operations for Cash, Position reconciliation, Hedge funds, reconciling, auditing, break identifications of China, Malaysia, Sydney, Singapore and Hong Kong regions.

- Onboarding new client/fund, mergers and acquisitions as per SLA’s, raising CRM request.
- Reconciling NAV to NAV reconciliation for monthly Unlisted Investments securities, corporate actions, Management Fee break identification and auditing.
- Raising IMT ticket to reach out AMS team to clear the breaks and ask them to provide valuation report prior to deadline and resolving & escalating queries and issues within agreed deadlines.
- Maintaining Daily, weekly and Monthly MIS exceptions to identify the aged items and highlighting to managers. Handling a team span of 6 members maintaining attendance and leave tracker, incentive files, errors, doubts, queries and escalations.
- Working on TLM (BUAT/PROD) manual testing for forward recons includes daily, weekly monthly and supporting development team to highlight the defects and bugs as per aging and discussing incall for closure with the help of development team.
