Prepare business review like WBR, MBR and QBR. Build up dashboard for internal and external's visibility. Interacting directly with internal stakeholders, as well as global functional team to provide high quality data analysis with agreed SLAs.

• During my role as a Senior German Catalog Associate, I led payment dispute resolutions for Amazon vendors in Germany, with additional oversight of operations in the UK and France. My responsibilities spanned catalog management, product issue resolution, vendor coordination, and team leadership. Adapting quickly to process changes, I provided efficient operational solutions, enhancing customer experience and meeting SLAs. I managed escalations and maintained clear vendor communication, facilitating updates on catalog and product issues. Regular reporting and quality audits ensured operational excellence.
