- Creating QA reports such as Trenching, Stringing, Pipe ‐book, Welding, Lowering, Hydro testing, Radiography,Testing, Blasting & Coating, Backfilling.
- Drawing interpretation.
- Inspecting Radiography films and welding activities to ensure job procedure standards are followed.
- Supervising the Fitting and Welding of the pipeline joints.
- Overseeing the surface preparation activities such as coating & blasting.
- Overseeing the hydro test activities with safety rules and standards.
- Supervise the Dye penetration tests so that the Quality guidelines are met.
- Coordinate with clients for QA/QC activities.
- Monitoring welding parameters as per the approved WPS.
- Responsible for the maintenance, repair, inspection of company guidelines, safety rules and standards.
- Ensure holiday test of coated pipes and joints and peel test as per quality standards.
- Ensure that all activities carried out are in compliance with Quality requirements of the contract.
- Pipeline Crossing (HDD, Cased Crossing, Manual Boring, Open Cut)
- Responsible for Trenching, Stringing, Laying, Welding, Joint Coating, Radiography Test of Pipeline
- Maintaining day-to-day quality related activities of the contract at site.
- Maintaining Daily progress reports and monthly progress report.
- Ensuring the stage wise Inspection as per drawings & Job procedure
- Ensuring of TCP A, A+I, B, C, H, E type Installation, Pin Brazing, Grounding cell, MG, ZINC, Anode & Cable installation.
