  • As a manager was responsible for 14 sales advisors including their training, development and taking necessary actions when needed.( around 10 PT SA converted to FT, 3 SA's promoted as managers during my DM tenure)
  • Was responsible for Ladies dept which is the Key dept at H&M among all depts, contribution was 35% to the store.
  • Worked in coordination with 2 dept Visual merchandisers to ensure the presentations is as per guide line.
  • Analyzing reports taking actions accordingly to increase dept selling (took many commercial actions which has helped to increase dept selling)
  • Worked closely with store manager, Area controller, Merchandiser to get the stock whenever needed to ensure customers get the right sizes and increase Conversion.
  • As a DM took initiative to drive Customer appreciation email activity by encouraging store team multiple time store was No 1 in Area-3.
  • Took the initiative to drive winter sale activity to sell more and more sale stock and we were no 2 in country, Nail Polish activity No1 in country.
  • Did the Layout changes to enhance customer experience, acknowledged and appreciated by Area manager and area visual merchandiser.
  • Got Multiple Customers bulk order in mens dept and delivered it to customers.
