• Site Measuring during execution (shuttering, steel, leveling, angle of elevation etc.).
• Supervision/execution, checking and assuring that the construction is as per the final issued construction drawings and project specifications.
• Ensure quality of building materials, concrete, etc. through various tests.
• Coordination with sub-contractors for the smooth flow of work.
• Analyzing the material requirement.
• Preparation of P/C Bill.
• Proper management of materials and workmanship.
• Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
• Making productivity Reports and analyzing.
• Monthly reconciliation of the materials.
• Maintaining safety on site through promoting a safety culture.
• Regularly checking progress of works according to schedule.
• Conducted field visits during construction phase to monitor workmanship quality.
