- Develop the most appropriate method and sequence of level-6 Project turnaround schedule, in conjunction with the Project team, in order to ensure the project is complete timely, safely, and on budget
- Select the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope
- Allocate resources and prepare different resource graphs through P6
- Preparation and development of progress measurement system (PMS)
- Progress reporting with ‘S’ curves on weekly basis with Manpower Histograms
- Input the work breakdown structure information to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project
- Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan
- Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management
- Update the schedule based on inputs received from project team
- Prepare and submit updated work program and cash flow curves showing actual progress, identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities
- Monitor day-to-day work progress, prepare the weekly and monthly program, and report reflecting work progress summary
- Monitor progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning
- Report the Project Manager/team about the current work progress, make comparison between plan and actual progress, and study impact of alternative approaches to work
- Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required
- Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders
- Develop & maintain integrated overall & detailed project schedule with project milestones
- Co-ordinating with engineering consultants, Procurement Teams, Sub-Contractors & Vendors to accomplish Project execution strategies
- Preparing performance measurement sheets for productivity monitoring
- Monitoring Project Cost against the Approved Project budget, taking Control measures to avoid Cost overrun & to complete the Project within the approved budget
- Ensuring positive cash flow throughout the project by preparing & submitting monthly Progressive invoice on time
- Preparing look-ahead schedules & project cash flow chart
- Forecasting the monthly progressive invoices well ahead (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) & coordinating with all concerned to accomplish the same
