After 10 years of career in Core HR, switching to HR ERP implementation and HR Project Implementations. Having completed our training at Kodakco, now supporting the implementation projects.

Under the Green Cross umbrella, various fact-finding projects affecting the environment were completed. Some important areas covered were Orissa, Delhi, Mumbai, and western UP.

• Taking care of HR delivery projects in MENA and SEA region.
• Oversea recruitment activities of Non IT requirements (25-30 positions at single point) and ensuring smooth closure of same.
• Drafting and leading recruitment drives and TAT Monitoring.
• Working on leadership roles and closing them in agreed TAT. Closed 4 CXO level position in 4 Months
• Drafting market mapping and job description exercise within group.

• Develop and implement Corporate Policies and Practices in area of Compensation, Benefits, Rewards and Organizational Development Initiative
• Carry out monthly reviews of HC and plan for recruitment/contractual manpower with quality resources
• Managing Orientation program for new employees
• Manage entire recruitment and separation activity i.e Replacement of employee for the concerned position
• Assist management in preparing position profiles, job descriptions and job specifications to ensure consistency and uniformity at all levels, thereby initiating training & development programs
• Conduct Training need analysis, preparation of training budget/calendar with the objective to build/enhance talent and increase individual capabilities in the organization by providing L&D opportunities
• Comprehend training needs by selecting appropriate external/internal resource considering financial impact and quality equivalently Initiating performance appraisals, annual salary review, promotion, confirmation case and coordinate with concerned department heads for timely completing the process
• Prepared HR budget of entire unit by considering financial impact and HR activities

• Market research on newly launched transit mixture of telcon
• My main concern was to search out markets of real estate and to find out position of telcon on that specific product
• In mean time attended different meetings with top clients and took review of real estate industry.
