Additionally: for Structure Work, I prepared the BBS for quantity estimation based on structural drawings, verifying it on-site with the contractor's engineer.

• Drawing Analysis: All drawing analyses, including architecture, structure, and finishing drawings, encompass all relevant drawings for the building.
• Finishing Work - Monitoring and controlling, Block Work, External & Internal Plastering, MEP Services, External & Internal Wall Cladding/Daddo, Flooring (Italian & Wooden), Tiling Work, Kitchen & Bathroom Countertops, CP Sanitary Fitting, Painting Work, along with the respective in-charge to comply with the project specifications, also snagging of the villas for the fixing of door and window frames.
• Quality Control - Controlling Quality of the running activities and ensured it, by the time to time checking as per company WSM.
