Brief description: iON Digital Campus is a cloud based ERP solution provided by TCS iON for Educational institutions.The iON Cloud based ERP Solution is highly modular, scalable and configurable giving SMBs the benefits of increased efficiencies; faster go to market, predictability of technology as well as spend, IT talent on call and better business results.

Responsibilities

• Worked on implementing change requests, which involve UI creation, businesslogic implementation using java and database.
• Worked on creation of REST web services to automate integration of a big client with iON ERP.
• Worked on various performance related enhancements, which involved query tuning, code refactoring, redesigning logic etc.
• Responsible for designing,developing and maintaining the requirements for the web application present in sprint backlog using J2EE technologies.
• Followed agile methodology for sprint planning and its implementation.
• Responsible for creating JDBC API and performed CRUD operations using AJAX requests.
• Debugging the issues if any and find out the root cause of that and resolve the issue.
• Extensively worked with QA team testing in various environments.
• Responsible in enhancing the performance by following best coding practices and resolving the bugs identified in Sonar Cube.
• Involved in team scrum calls for requirement gathering and also documenting of the application.
• Involved in writing complex multi-table joins and conditional queries in Database.
• Extensively worked with Java Collection classes like List, Set and Maps.

Project Name: Carnival Cruize Lines

Brief description: Carnival Cruize Lines(CCL) is an international cruise lines in Miami,United States.People book their cabins and enjoy the sailing with fun and perks.

Responsibilities

• Provided timely technical support to end-users, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• Wrote SQL and PL/SQL queries for updating data into the Oracle using SQL Developer tool.
• Resolved customer tickets and find out the root cause of an issue.
