Knowledge Academy is a very great initiative to nurture aspirants & take thier preparation to advance & selection level. Here I got a wonderful opportunity to utilize my knowledge & skills in the field of civil services exam preparation by working as faculty & mentoring.
- Encouraged class discussions by building discussions into lessons, actively soliciting input, asking open-ended questions and using techniques to track student participation.
- Created dynamic learning environment that valued instructor and student interaction.
- Helped students explore concepts with engaging, learning-focused activities.
- Created and developed lesson plans to meet students' academic needs.
- Shifted between formal and informal methods of teaching to keep students engaged.
- Evaluated students' understanding of course material through examinations and in-depth essay writing.
So, now I want to use my skills in this field to the next opportunity.
