• Liaison with branches for monitoring & handling on various queries/issues/clarification/discrepant Forms
• Updating the branches with latest gradations and modifications in process flow and policies decided by management & Bank as per RBI regulation
• Keeping track of daily productivity and feedback to Unit Head on forms received, rejected and on hold
• Publish the applications rejection and returned cheques MIS and send it to all branches on daily basis.

• Verification of KYC documents and raising the rejections/discrepancies as per the internal guidelines of bank policies.
• Published account opening discrepancies and rejections related MIS across all branches of Delhi and NCR region.
