RESPONSIBILITIES (ER) (10 Beds including 2 Ventilator beds):

• Endotracheal intubation, assemble infusion pumps, medications, and programmed infusions rates and lifesaving BLS knowledge and can operate AED
• Performed peripheral IVs, foley catheters, oral suctioning, NG tube insertions and wound care dressing changes
• Can interpret E.C.G and X-rays
• Collected, recorded, and maintained patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results
• Administered appropriate medical intervention and treatments to all patients
• Performed therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care, and infection management
• Made tentative diagnoses and decisions about management and treatment of patients
• Investigated and diagnosed sick & injured patients on their ailments & arranging appropriate treatment for them

RESPONSIBILITIES (I.C.U) (34 beds including 19 monitor and 8 Ventilator beds):

• Ventilator management (invasive and non-invasive), ABG, Tapping (pleural and ascitic) Administered and implemented all physician orders accurately
• Maintained record of all nursing functions and provided update to it
• Analyzed patient treatment and prioritize patient's requirements
• Determined prescribed medication for patients and monitored vital signs
• Ensured compliance to all standard precautions for protective equipment
• Assisted patients in admitting and discharge procedure

RESPONSIBILITIES (Gynec, Medicine, Pedia and ortho O.P.D) (2 Years):

• Maintained high patient satisfaction through knowledgeable support and compassionate care.
• Antenatal checkup, mother history, fetal and mother vital monitoring
• Diagnosed and monitor their chronic illness with detection of new complications
• Performed slab and cast application, advise appropriate rehabilitation and physiotherapy exercise
• Educated patients about their illness, treatment options and recovery time.
