• Developed web applications for Behavioral Health industry using a cutting-edge tech stack (Angular, Spring Boot, Kafka, GraphQL). These applications modernized legacy systems for care agents, members, and providers, ultimately enhancing functionalities and contributed to the project development right from ideation till the product was MVP Pilot launched to be used by actual care providers.
• Empowered health care agents with ability to do HIPAA authentication, assist members and Providers regarding their policies, eligibilities, authorization and past appointments and referrals and provide them ability to schedule appointments and refer providers in their vicinity along with enhancing care agents efficiency with call auto-doc & SMS/Email provider referrals.
• Streamlined Integration & deployments using CI/CD (Jenkins, ArgoCD) & use of docker and containers for deploying them on Azure Kubernetes.
• Collaborated with US product and partner-teams for seamless solution delivery.
