• The flow has reduced the mixing of loads id the distributor.
• The MPS tracking could be easy via this flow where missing box complaints were 99% reduced. -The estimated time delivery reduced to 2 - 4.5 days has been reduced via FTL.
• The daily price fluctuations in using prior Adhoc and PTL vehicles are 98% phased out.
• The logistic Freight cost % and man hours via introducing automation in flow have been reduced.
