Onboarding & HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, induction, and orientation processes for new hires.
- Create employee IDs in HRMS and ensure Aadhaar–PAN linkage for statutory compliance.
- Verify pre-joining documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
HR Documentation & Employee Records
- Maintain employee files and issue confirmation, promotion, appraisal, warning, and show-cause letters.
- Ensure accurate data mapping and updates across HRMS platforms (Zoho, Keka, Personio, Adrenalin).
Performance Management System (PMS)
- Administer performance cycles aligned with KRAs/KPIs, 9-Box Grid, Bell Curve, RACI Matrix, and 360° feedback.
- Coordinate goal setting, appraisal cycles, increment processes, and PIP/CDP initiatives within approved budgets.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Organize engagement initiatives such as Fun Fridays, Rewards & Recognition programs, and Wall of Fame.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, skip-level meetings, and coffee catch-ups to assess employee sentiment.
- Monitor attrition risks and implement retention strategies.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including salary revisions, variable pay, timesheets, and F&F settlements.
- Support statutory compliance for PF, ESIC, PT, and MLWF.
Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate internal and external audits ensuring compliance with CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001:2015 / 27001:2022.
- Prepare audit documentation including risk analysis and mitigation plans.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Review vendor agreements and NDAs; manage BGV vendors and resolve discrepancies within TAT.
- Collaborate with BU Heads and managers to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Training, MIS & Reporting
- Coordinate training programs, track attendance, collect feedback, and maintain training metrics.
- Prepare HR MIS, PMS reports, and analysis dashboards with strict data confidentiality.
