Detailed of Job Responsibilities

  • Credit Administration: Pre-Disbursement and Post Disbursement Processes
  • Pre-Disbursement: Documents are the primary evidence in determining rights and obligations of the respective parties. The process envisages obtention of requisite documents, undertakings and other relative documents from the concerned borrower customers, as per terms of sanction and complying with stipulated Pre-disbursement conditions including creation of security, registration of charges etc.
  • Responsible for obtaining and reviewing all security documentation as stipulated in the credit authorization with responsibility for correct completion.
  • Compliance of Pre Disbursement Conditions: Sanction letter is an important and basis document, which conveys the terms and conditions of the facilities sanctioned, drafting the same and acceptance from the client.
  • Disbursing the Credit facilities in accordance with the terms of sanction & Bank’s Policies.
  • Post-Disbursement: Continuous monitoring and analysis of each account (monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annually).
  • It’s a continuous process, where obtaining of regular statement like stock statement, QIS, calculation of D. P., keeping up to date record of insurance, ensuring that there are no withdrawal over the limit. Exchange of pari passu letters, regular information regarding the account with other member banks. Ensuring that limits are being renewed / reviewed on regular basis, and obtaining of documents on regular basis so that the documents on record be live and should not become barred by limitation.
  • Getting approval of Bank Guarantees from legal and assistance in issuance of the same. Ensuring that the commission and other charges have been taken from the customers are as per sanctioned terms and there is no deviation in the same.
  • Attending to concurrent, internal and statutory auditors and closure of audit reports within stipulated time.
