Project Details: InnerChef is a food tech company, based on kitchen in the cloud model with the targets being Corporate and Retail Customers (B2B & B2C Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

· Launch Kitchens and run the city operations.

· Hiring and Team Management - Leading a 70+ member team across sales, operations, marketing, logistics & marketplace.

· Activate and Manage corporate accounts – Hyderabad being a new market the major challenge was to get clients onboard. Aggressive calling and Food trails were done to activate such accounts.

· Business - Growing business through strong B2B pipeline, offline marketing & strategic partnerships. Helped increase the B2B revenue by 400% and the B2C revenue by 300% thereby making Hyderabad the 2nd highest revenue -generating city.

· Managing the monthly P&L - Optimize COGS, Delivery Costs, Kitchen, OPEX, Manpower and Marketing Costs.

· Brand Activation – Planning activities to promote brand activation and visibility. Live food stalls, trials with food bloggers, sponsoring events etc. were some of the hacks implemented.

Achievements:

· Was able to take the revenue template from INR 0 to 40 lakh and get the business on auto-pilot.

· Launch 5 Cloud Kitchens across multiple cities and set up operations across Hyderabad.

· Presented the idea and spearheaded the execution of Multi – brand which, in-turn, increased the revenue by 10x.

· Was the first city to launch Gold Catering (every day corporate meals)

· Clients worked with – Microsoft, Deloitte, Purple Talk, Tech Mahindra, IIIT, ISB, Covidien, Hitachi, Bank of America, Arcesium, DE Shaw. Used to Interact with senior level Facility managers and CEO’s of co-working places.
