(Transfer of short expiry material to Liquidation Centre on monthly basis).
- Responsible for Ensure online entry of Squirrel at all locations. Review this on weekly basis.
- Responsible for MIS updating & pending transactions should be completed by 2nd of every month, Invoice / CN POD tracking, Order and Delivery tracking, Daily Dispatch report to sales team, Monthly statistical analysis of usage data. (Hospital wise / doctor wise /product wise etc.), Verification of invoices against Sales files on weekly basis, Monthly delivery cost calculation. Data to be submitted on monthly basis, Re-verification of Invoice and CN so that it should reach to end customer without mistake, Verification of actual usage data against the prepared invoices for the particular month before submission to Accounts Department.
