  • Company Overview: Dee Vee Project Ltd is an engineering and construction company doing projects all over India. The current location of my project is the EPC Mode Project, which involves the construction of a 500-bedded hospital for ESIC-Pune (MH), a central government project under the Department of CPWD.
  • Doing all the updates in the ERP software system data of employees, and preparing the monthly salary sheet in it.
  • Creating the dashboard.
  • Data analysis of manpower requirements, employees. Turnover rate calculation by data analysis.
  • Drafting ads, screening CVs, and maintaining records in coordination with placement agencies.
  • Coordinating in recruitment and selection matters.
  • Responsible for complete joining and orientation formalities of new employees.
  • Maintained database and personnel file.
  • Prepared offer and appointment letters, and an annual track list of increments and confirmations of employees.
  • Wage compensation structure – administration, fixation, and negotiation.
