- Working on Bharti-Airtel T5 Layer (IP) and MPLS-TP Network and providing end to end solution by Ciena T5 5130 (L3 Devices), Carrier Ethernet Switches (CES) like 3930 & 3928 [Access Switch], 5160 [Service Aggregation Switch], 8700 [Core Switch-GNE] and 6200 [Access Device supports Ethernet & SDH].
- Working on B2B services solutions, Fault rectification, troubleshooting,
- Provisioning of B2B, 4G circuits, 3G & 2G circuit, MPLS-TP Pseudo Wire/Tunnels and Testing of provisioned circuit using VLAN’s and IP Aggregation.
- Network/Ring Integrations and Performing Pseudo wire & Stability [Node & Ring] Testing [Logically & physically].
- Troubleshoot network related issues and coordinate with end user and other teams to rectify the issue and worked on RCA cases also.
- Troubleshooting of Network Faults escalated with Field Maintenance Engineer/Team.
- Tools used: - Ciena Blue Planet Tool, Ciena NMS Tool- One Control Client, Oracle ECRM, BMC Remedy, DT TOOL, CYGNET, M6 Metasolve, Chitragupt.
