• Interact with BMs of 8 Branches with 2 Cluster Heads of ICICI Bank Ltd based at Jalandhar.

• Developing, implementing and maintaining a business plan for the branch
• Co-ordinating sales, organizing and driving marketing strategies to ensure profitability of Branch.
• Driving team and self for up-selling of various products of the banks i.e. Assets, Liability and third party products.

• Driving 6 ROs to promote Banca assurance of HDFC Life products in Jalandhar and neaby locations through Branches .

• Driving four ROs for Bacassurance business in CBOP, PSB, and Canara clients at Jalandhar and Ludhiana locations.

Recruit agents and develop them through training for promote Life insurance business.
