· Ensure project is delivered within stipulated timeline and budget –undertake value engineering initiatives to improve project financial performance.

· Lead Weekly Project Reviews and Management Updates & assess Weekly Progress –approve and provide inputs to catch-up plan .

· Regularly monitor & communicate financial performance (costs, revenues, payments, cash flows etc.) & report status to Leadership.

· Ensure seamless and regular communication with customer to resolve issues/grievances.

· Manage performance reviews of the team, support capability building and ensure that individual/ team morale is positive.

· Responsible for overall sub-contractor performance.

· Knowledge of implementing Multi technologies systems includes, SDH, PDH, IP Networks, Telephony and Passive Infrastructure. Working in Railway environment will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Telecom Systems implementation, configuration and troubleshooting is must.

· Ensure smooth project handover to the operations team through periodic meetings/discussions.

· Communicate regularly with customer to take feedback on Project Progress and resolve client issues, if any.

· Demonstrate the overall project progress as well as highlight key issues/concerns in the weekly/monthly Senior Management meetings.

· Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly and working with solution team/client, development Team leaders to plan, monitor and track progress of the development of team effort.

· Conduct team meetings with solution team and other key project team members to go over schedules and operational milestones.

· Excellent collaboration at all levels, with crisp and compelling verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills and listening skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to varying audiences.

Responsible for Service delivery of Intracity/FTTB customer with assigned time.

Responsible for survey of new OFC routes, project execution and AT.

Ensure maintenance of KPI & SLA’s for Network availability.

Vendor Management for fiber route maintenance, proactive rehab activities to face monsoon.

Verification of contractor works /Vendor works & assuring 100% compliance.

Vendor management, feasibility checks, Duct laying, Trenching with HDD /Moiling/open method, OFC blowing, duct proving with Team & also SDH addition in live Network.

Handling the MAN and TTSL Access Network route Lucknow Operation & Maintenance.

New ring fiber route planning & implementation.

Pivotal in OFC route planning for network connectivity.

Fault rectifications (SDH Equipment & OFC faults).

OTDR Testing, Splicing of backbone network.

Laying of 800km OFC & 1000km Copper through HDD, Open Trench, Moiling etc with quality.

Handling day to day work with various agencies for better coordination and smooth functioning of the project, Liaisoning with the authorities and the local bodies, solving constraints and ensuring the work completion for the given timelines.

Handled Fiber team for all fiber related total work. Coordinated with other telecom Operator/Vendor as per requirement.
