I played a pivotal role in the development and successful delivery of this innovative solution that integrates mobile banking into online shopping. This project revolutionized the consumer buying experience by providing a seamless and secure payment method directly from the user’s bank account, placing mobile banking at the forefront of online transactions. The Scorecard Engine, while primarily used for scorecard data, is a general-purpose SQL execution engine compatible with any JDBC 7 supported database, including Oracle, Vertica, Teradata, MS-SQL, and Postgres. My role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, including daily job monitoring, attending operation and client calls, managing Itrack Tickets within given timelines, handling code changes and deployments, and participating in the migration from Vertica to Snowflake. Project: Avaya Enterprise Solution Development
I was instrumental in the development of a new store for the EMEA location. This project, related to Store Front, involved the flow of quote creation, promotion, adding to cart, and processing for users who might be sellers or distributors falling under Tier1 or Tier1N2. My responsibilities were multifaceted and included understanding business requirements for change, conducting impact analysis of functional changes required in existing systems, and interacting with clients on change-related matters. I was hands-on with PL/SQL’s various kinds of objects, developing the requirements, and testing them. I was available with the client during deployment and looked into defects in production. As a Tech Lead, I also led and mentored team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Project 1: DTI
I involved designing and developing solutions for receiving batch and near real-time data feeds from a variety of data sources. The goal was to provide real-time, low latency, high-quality transformed and integrated data to the data fabric layers of the enterprise. My responsibilities included understanding business requirements for change, conducting impact analysis of functional changes, developing new and modifying existing components, and handling unit test cases and testing. I was also involved in QC deployment, release coordination, and production implementation activities. Project2: K2view Migration
I played a significant role in migrating key Services APIs of the CCR Database to the k2view platform. This project involved transforming the CCR stored procedures into Web Services and Micro services, which were tightly integrated into the CDP platform of AT&T. The data was organized by the logical unit of the Business, with each Logical instance treated as a micro-database. The data was migrated from the Oracle database to a Distributed Database (Cassandra) using various parsers and scheduled jobs. My responsibilities included understanding business requirements for change, conducting impact analysis of functional changes, developing micro services and web services in the k2fabric studio tool, and deploying on the Cassandra server. I was also responsible for loading data into Cassandra, creating DB templates and Graphite to display responses, handling Unit Test Cases, comparator tool testing, xsd comparison, and looking into defects during QC deployment. Project: Dialler
As a key contributor to the Dialler project at Capita (Ventura), a UK-based BPO and product company, I worked on the development and support of Dialler and Aida products. The project involved providing services to Capita’s clients in the UK, SA, and other regions. I was introduced to a new tool, ‘Syntelate’, used for campaigns, which enables agents to call their customers and provide relevant customer details. My responsibilities included analyzing change control provided in Lotus Note, providing impact analysis, making changes to the code or creating scripts, and coding in SQL/PLSQL. I also provided changes to the DBA in the UK for execution on production. In addition to these responsibilities, I took on the role of grooming junior resources, sharing product knowledge, and cultivating a collaborative learning environment.

As a System Analyst, I worked on a project for Tata Motor Finance, focusing on auto loan delinquent accounts. My role involved analyzing functional specifications, coding in SQL/PLSQL, developing CSV reports in Comq framework, and resolving PA issues.
Project: IRS (Integrated Reporting System)
I was involved in generating daily, weekly, and monthly regulatory reports for RBI reporting. The system was used to support end users from both Finance and Operation teams for regulatory purposes. My role was to provide satisfactory onsite support, make necessary modifications or changes in the system and reports, and develop new features as advised by the users. My responsibilities included writing stored procedures and SQL queries, updating and modifying old SQL queries based on user requests, and updating and modifying Crystal Reports as per user requirements.
